Please read all of these terms and agreements carefully before taking the next steps in our system.

You have registered for an account to participate in the EBILA GLOBAL system. That means you are aware and understand that you have read and agreed to all the terms carried out in this agreement and terms.

The latest update (if any) will be posted here and Ebila.vn will not give notification to each partner, so make sure that you usually come back here and check the update terms. 

General Terms

Terms used

“You” or “customer” or “customers” refer to the person purchasing the Service/Products/Conference.

“We” is the word for VINMOC GROUP.

“Service/Products” is the word for each “Course” or “Product Package” or “Signal Package”

“Investment” means the full payment for the Service/Products.

Agreement 

  1. Ebila.vn is our product. Customers agreed to buy our Service/Product provided by Vinmoc Group.
  2. Customers are aware of reading and agree with all terms and conditions since participating in the system of Ebila.vn. Customers agree that your next step using this system considers the terms and conditions of a Contract between us and you.

Personal information and Privacy 

  1. Purpose and range of collection 
  • In order to access and use some of the services at Ebila.vn, you will be required to register with us for some personal information (such as Email, name, contact number,…). All of these information must be accurate and legal. Ebila.net does not take any responsibility regarding the law of your given information.
  • We also collect the information that your browser you use every time to access Ebila.vn, including: IP address, type of browser, language, time and the address that your browser access to. 
  1. Range of information using

Ebila.vn collects and uses your personal information for accurate purposes and totally follows this “Terms of Privacy”.

When it is needed, we could use these information to contact you directly in some ways, such as: send open letters, orders, thank you letters, sms, technical and security information…

  1. Time of information storage

Personal information of each Member will be stored until the request to cancel or the member login and cancel themself. In any case, personal information of all members will be stored on the host server of Ebila.vn.

  1. Tools for Customers to approach and adjust personal data
  • Customers can edit personal information themself at “Setting”.
  1. For timely support, Customers have to provide accurate information of Name, Email, Phone number.
  1. Customers have to login to your email you provided to confirm your information. We will send you an email for activating your account to use our Service/Product, for a discount program or for confirmation of changing password,… In case you do not provide sufficient  and accurate information, you have to take all the responsibility whenever your account gets into trouble or has problems. 
  1.  You agree that you have provided accurate information and are responsible before the law for this information. Customers agree to remain and provide information as required. Customers agree to store and use your information that you provided to remain the account for you.
  1.  Customers have to protect your password on your own. If your password was leaked in any way, Ebila will not be liable for any losses incurred.
  1.  All of your personal information will be secured by us with no revealed information.  We do not sell or trade these information with anyone or any organization. However, in case the authorities request, Ebila is required to provide this information in accordance with the law.
  1.  Mechanism for receiving and resolving customer complaints: Customers with complaints or suggestions please send them to the email address: bientyphu@ebila.com or contact hotline: 03991665037 for receiving and resolving. 

Invest and Payment

  1.  Customers will pay us the open account fee for using Service/Product. The fee is a one-time (or multiple) payment when you fill out the Registration form to use the Services/Products without delay, excluding deduction and without refund.
  1.  The payment under this Agreement is subject to the payment methods specified in the registration form.
  1.  Customers are aware and agree that the payment only for buying Service/Products provided by Ebila.vn and do not include any other fees.
  1.  Customers want to receive a bill of the payment for Service/Products, you have to send us the information to receive the bill within 7 days through the email: bientyphu@ebila.com. 

Agreement of no revealed

  1.  Customers understand that you will be shared about the document which is secretive and considered a “trading secret”. Customers agree not to reveal any skills or comments about the Service/Products whatever they are for others, for forums, by announcements, private messages, chat rooms, blogs or other programs. If you reveal anything about the Courses/Service/Products, you must take responsibility for the losness and the breach of contract, and be subject to civil action for damages. Customers are not allowed to record, capture, take photos of any part in our Products/Service by any kinds of data, image, or sound.
  1.  Customers are not allowed to download videos or share these videos onto the internet by any way. If you breach, your account will be banned limitless and we will not notice you in advance about your infringement of our intellectual property rights.

Regulations of behavior: It is strictly forbidden to use the service when customers have the following acts

  1.  Using any tools or doing anything to interfere with services/products in the Ebila.vn system.
  1.  Using the same account: With more than 2 people using the same account, when detected, the account will be deleted immediately. Each account is not allowed to be used in more than 2 devices. If you infringe, your account will be banned.
  1.  Insulting, mocking others in any forms: disparaging, discriminating against religion, gender, ethnicity.
  1.  The act of impersonating or intentionally misleading others into being a user in the service system of Ebila.vn.
  1.  Behaviors and attitudes that damage the reputation of products, services and courses in the Ebila.vn system in any form or method.
  1.  Impersonating Ebila affects our reputation, causes confusion for customers/participants and partners in any way (using email address, website domain name, fanpage with the word “Ebila”… )
  1.  When we detect the above behavior from your account, we reserve the right to take away all related rights to your account (including account lockout) or use the information you provide when registering for an account to give them to the competent authorities for settlement according to the provisions of law.

Not guaranteed

  1.  You acknowledge that you have carefully researched and explained the products and/or Services and that you are aware that the effectiveness of the use of the Products/Services provided to you depends on the many factors, not just those controlled by our side. And so the effect for each different customers will be different. 

Time and place

  1.  By this registration form, you confirm to us that you have provided sufficient contact information and email address. We will not be responsible for any delay in your participation when your account is active or expired or if you do not receive program updates due to your incorrect email address or incorrect contact information. 
  1.  With your Investment, you will be granted an online account with our confirmation and can participate in the registered and paid service/product package.
  1.  By joining our system, you will be supported by our support team (Account-related issues such as: login, password, instruction) at 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. daily, from Monday to Friday, in Vietnam time (GMT +7) except for public holidays and New Year’s holiday according to Vietnam’s regulations.

Consensus

  1.  You acknowledge that you consent to us contacting you by phone, email, SMS and other ways regarding purchases of services/products and other opportunities in the future. You agree that your email will be stored in our list for notification of new services/new products provided by us.
  1. You acknowledge and agree that this investment is only the Service/Products fee including related topics and specialized documents (if any) and excluding other costs.
  1. You acknowledge and agree that by participating in this program, you have consented to us directly providing services to you.
  1. Your payment to participate in Ebila.vn’s service system will not be reserved, refundable and we will not bear any responsibility if the reason arises from you such as: no use within the validity period, do not participate or arbitrarily cancel the Service/Courses/Products/Signal/…

Limitation of Liability

  1. We are disclaimed from all responsibility related to the use of your information for service providing.
  1. We do not take any responsibility related to services provided outside the scope of our service/product.
  1.  Registering an account to participate in consulting/sharing on Ebila.vn is understood that you have carefully researched information and documents related to Services/Products and committed not to have any complaints related to the Service/Product that we have provided.
  1.  Ebila.vn is not responsible for any loss of profit, revenue, business or reputation, loss of opportunity, loss of right to use or other damages whether or not you are visible or not or any of your special losses or expenses.
